Clear your mind

Write down everything that occupies your thoughts. Don't analyse — just write. The Inbox is your safe place to "dump" everything that's in your head.

Sort it out

Decide what to do with each task: do it now, schedule for later, delegate to someone else or delete. Every task gets its place.

Work in focus

Work through tasks in the calendar and projects. Use focus sessions (25/5 or 50/10) with brown noise and Lo-fi music to enter a state of deep work.

Analyse and grow

Review completed tasks, analyse your efficiency patterns and work on abandoned tasks in My Laboratory.
